- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil and rub the seasoning mix evenly over the top and sides.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket skin-side down in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the Cajun seasoning for more or less heat to your taste.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
