Description

These Air Fryer Blueberry Cheesecake Wontons are a delicious, crispy treat filled with creamy cheesecake and sweet blueberry filling, perfect as a quick dessert or party snack.


Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
  • Cooking spray or melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Add about 1 tsp of the cream cheese mixture and 1/2 tsp of blueberry filling to the center.
  4. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold it into a triangle or bring all corners together to form a pouch. Press edges to seal tightly.
  5. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Lightly spray or brush the wontons with cooking spray or melted butter.
  7. Place wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5–6 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning once if needed.
  8. Remove and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill the wontons to avoid bursting during cooking.
  • Ensure edges are well sealed to keep filling inside.
  • Can be served with a side of whipped cream or ice cream for extra indulgence.
