These Air Fryer Blueberry Cheesecake Wontons are a delicious, crispy treat filled with creamy cheesecake and sweet blueberry filling, perfect as a quick dessert or party snack.

- 24 wonton wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup blueberry pie filling
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
- Cooking spray or melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Add about 1 tsp of the cream cheese mixture and 1/2 tsp of blueberry filling to the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold it into a triangle or bring all corners together to form a pouch. Press edges to seal tightly.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Lightly spray or brush the wontons with cooking spray or melted butter.
- Place wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5–6 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning once if needed.
- Remove and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
Notes
- Don’t overfill the wontons to avoid bursting during cooking.
- Ensure edges are well sealed to keep filling inside.
- Can be served with a side of whipped cream or ice cream for extra indulgence.
